These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SquadTime, a product of NexRise Technologies LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, app, or SMS-based services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SquadTime enables users to create and manage events through SMS, including sending invitations, collecting RSVPs, and broadcasting updates.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SquadTime for spam, unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Accounts & Billing

Certain features may require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. SMS Messaging

By using SquadTime, you consent to receive SMS messages related to event creation, invitations, and updates. Standard carrier rates may apply. Guests may opt out by replying STOP to any message.

5. Limitation of Liability

SquadTime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexRise Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SquadTime after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
